FCF Territorial Rendezvous

Event Eligibility – The 2025 Mountainmen Territorial Rendezvous is open to all FCF members
regardless of chapter or territory.
Registration Instructions – Registration can ONLY be completed on-line. To register for the 2025
Mountainmen TR go to page 6 of the booklet and read the registration instructions. Please
read the below observations carefully before you register:
1. Each person registering must complete the registration process and pay by credit card through
AG Convention Services
2. In addition to completing the registration process, each person must also complete an on-line
form.
3. For each Old Timer, completion of the AOR form triggers a background check by the national
Royal Rangers office. An email like the one provided in the directions at page 6 will be sent to
you. Fill out the questions and return as instructed. This background check may take up to a
week, so all registration for both Old Timers and Young Bucks must be completed by Monday,
July 7, 2025.
4. There is no form for registering via mail and there is NO on-site registration allowed.
Event Cost – Old Timers are $80, and Young Bucks are $60. Fee includes camping and insurance
cost, official event patch and camp t-shirt, camp medallion, plus host patch for the Gila River chapter.
Additional patches, t-shirts and host strips will be available for purchase after registration is
completed on Tuesday of rendezvous.
